Pie queen Shauna Lott is changing things up with her brick and mortar business The Long I Pie, which launched at The Temple Bakery in January, 2016. In early May, Lott is taking her baking tools and moving them into Globeville’s Fort Greene Bar where she is taking over the kitchen.

The two year old bar located at 321 E 45th Avenue announced the change on its Facebook page with this message:

We are SO excited to announce that boss babe The Long I Pie Shop will be taking over the kitchen at Fort! "Queen City Kitchen" will be serving up savory bites + pies starting MAY 6th!!

For her part, Lott shared this on the Long I Pie page:

Spring has come & things are changing. Our shop is MOVING! We are moving out of @thetempledenver & into @ftgreenebar ! Over at @ftgreenebar , we'll have pie and cake by the slice for dessert as well as we are starting a savory street food style menu. The savory side of things, including name and menu items, will be revealed over the next couple of weeks! Stay tuned. For now, our last day open at the @thetempledenver building before moving will be this Saturday 4/22. We will open at @ftgreenebar on 5/6 as a part of their 2 year anniversary party! Who's excited for us to have night time hours and places to sit while you enjoy some pie?!?! Also, whiskey & pie is . Thanks @ftgreenebar for letting us take over your kitchen! We ❤️you!
