Originally aimed at the pre-teen female market, the Hello Kitty product line, created in 1974, has expanded to include dolls, stickers, greeting cards, clothing, school supplies, purses toasters, televisions ... and even trucks. As such, a giant pink van outfitted with bows and oversized cartoon illustrations will bring sweet treats and tons of fun to Lone Tree’s Park Meadows Saturday, May 6, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m
Parking at The Vistas and bearing the "HK CAFE" license plate, hungry followers can expect three-piece cookie sets, a rainbow macaron box, including a new, surprise character inside, as well as merchandise ranging from a themed coffee mug to t-shirts and the international pop culture icon’s signature bow, just for the special one-day only event.
The cutesy caravan has been rolling up to festivals and events nationwide since its official debut at Hello Kitty Con in October 2014, including a Denver stop last March, also at Park Meadows.
