Sushi Tora Shutters After Three Decades

After nearly three decades serving some of the very best raw fish in Boulder, Sushi Tora called it quits. The restaurant, which was located at 2014 10th Street, was a staple of the Boulder Japanese restaurant scene which also includes Amu and Sushi Zanmai.

An announcement on Facebook shared the news of the shutter along with advice for those who may still have a gift certificate with the business:

Dear Sushi Tora valued customers,Regretfully we would like to inform you that Sushi Tora has closed its doors this month officially. We are very grateful to all our customers who have supported us for years. We have developed many friendships and loyal customers over the years. We will miss you all. Many many thanks to all of you!If you have a Sushi Tora Gift Card you can use it at our other restaurant, Sushi Zanmai located at 1221 Spruce St. Boulder. Please ask your server for more details.

Once again, thank you very much for your wonderful support for years.
