Come summer, Pizza Republica will add a third location to its family, in Glendale at City Set. The space, located at 660 S. Colorado Boulevard, has until recently been home to Silvi’s Kitchen, a restaurant that was part of the group formerly known as Udi’s, which now still operates several locations of Etai’s Cafe and its bakery branch, Izzio’s.

“We would like to thank Udi Baron and the Silvi’s team for their help in the change-over,” Pizza Republica owner George Eder said through a press release. “We look forward to opening our doors and serving all of our friends, family and guests at City Set. We will open Summer 2017 after a short remodel,” he added.

With a launch in the Denver Tech Center at 5375 Landmark Place and a second location at the Colorado Convention Center, Pizza Republica focuses on Neapolitan pizza and Italian wine. The menu at the upcoming Glendale outpost will mimic the one that guests have come to know at the original two.
