The Intrepid Sojourner Beer Project, the newest addition to the Mile High City brewing scene, is hosting a grand opening on Saturday, May 20 at its space at 925 West Eighth Avenue. Founders Ben Gettinger and Andrew Moore had their hearts set on bringing some international flair to their beers and that is exactly what they did.
With thirteen beers on tap to start out, this Santa Fe Arts District venue challenges the adventurous spirit of beer drinkers. Garlic in your amber ale? Basil in your IPA? Cardamom in your stout? That’s just a small sample of what you will find in this new tap room.
Speaking of that tap room: It is set inside a 2,200-square-foot space that also houses the seven-barrel brewing system. To cue guests into the worldly flavors that will find in their brews, the wall is decor includes vintage suitcases, a map of the world, plus maps of Colorado.
More details on the grand opening, which takes place tomorrow starting at 12 p.m., are available here.
