The Aurora market hall is getting better

It is only a matter of time though until all the kitchen kinks are worked out and even during that time, there will be plenty of doughnuts.

Before the end of the year, chefs Erasmo ‘Ras’ Casiano and Diego Coconati will bring their dream cooking school to Aurora. CREATE will offe courses for every level of home cook, led by real chefs in a comfortable environment. Courses will span a wide variety of different cuisines, flavors and techniques, and each course will highlight a specific cooking style, theme or region of the world. Class size will be limited to 12 people, to ensure both an intimate setting and hands on experience.
