Look Inside the Brand New Hedge Row

The sleek space matches the vibe of sister restaurants

Hedge Row is Cherry Creek North’s newest dining addition. A modern bistro from the growing group that is The Kitchen, the vegetable-focused eatery is located in the new Coda building at 100 Steele Street. Right on the edge of First Avenue, this corner space is likely to provide a much need bridge between the older more dense part of Cherry Creek and new additions to the area, including Matsuhisa Denver and Olive & Finch.

The sleek yet comfortable and modern 4,500 square foot space was designed by Hugo Matheson in partnership with Denver-based Semple Brown, the company that oversaw the execution of other locations of The Kitchen. When originally planned more than 18 months ago, the venue was to become a new outpost of The Kitchen. Wood floors and beamed ceilings, reflective materials, exposed lamps, and custom fixtures are reminiscent of the cozy look and feel of original restaurant in Boulder. In May, the company announced a change in concepts.

A showcase wood-burning oven, comfortable dining room, and the expansive chef's table, plus the patio surrounded by an outdoor urban garden are highlights of Hedge Row. Here’s a look inside:
