In November, before ski season kicks off in Winter Park, the popular little town will add Crazy Mountain Saloon to its dining and drinking lineup. A new venture from the Edwards-born Crazy Mountain Brewing, the Saloon will be located on Parry Peak Way, between the Village Cabriolet lift and Zephyr Express.
The venue will offer draft beers, including Crazy Mountain’s year-round portfolio and rotating selections from its limited release Local’s Stash Reserve Series. On the food side, a highlight will be sausages from Siegi’s Sausage Factory, custom-made by the Oklahoma company to pair with the Crazy Mountain beers. The first such creation is the Hookiebobb IPA bratwurst but more will be added to the menu. Other bar fare will also be offered.
This fifth taproom of the Colorado company will follow the aesthetic of current ones, showing off pine beetle kill, mountain-inspired furniture, tap handles and artwork built by members of the brewery team.
