Already Ambli starts hiring for its first expansion in an open and airy, custom-designed concept at Belleview Station that will immediately reflect the restaurant's style and ambition.
ArcWest Architects are attached to the 5,500-square-foot project that will sit on the corner of East Belleview Avenue and Newport Street, next door to chef Troy Guard’s already operational Los Chingones Mexican restaurant.
ArcWest describes the space as an “upscale and sexy gathering place for residents and employees in the Denver Tech Center area.” In addition to the main dining area, Ambli will feature a stand-alone bar and cocktail lounge, paying particular attention to its wine program. Planned to be open for lunch and dinner, a take-out option for lunch is also being considered.
Already promised for the menu, sandwiches, salads, tapas, flatbreads, and global entrees.
Ambli already has a strip mall location at 600 S. Holly St., where the menu highlights food inspirations from France, the Middle East, Spain, Italy, and more.
