The operators of Work & Class on RiNo’s Larimer Street only walk a short distance to keep tabs on their highly anticipated, but still under construction project. Super Mega Bien will land on the ground floor of the Ramble Hotel and an opening timetable is slowly starting to fall into place.

Located almost a block from the original Latin and American success story, Work & Class chef Dana Rodriguez alongside partners Tony Maciag and Tabatha Knop will launch the pan-Latin cuisine on small plates concept next year. A recently removed update on the company website had committed to a Feb. 18 opening date.

New paperwork reveals the 1,586-square-foot space will sit on 26th Street, featuring its own entrance and 445-square-foot outdoor patio out front. Once inside, customers can choose to sit in the main dining room, around the stand-alone bar, or enjoy the food preparation up close at the chef’s counter.

On the menu, get ready for dishes from Mexico, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Cuba and Venezuela, served dim sum style.

In the lobby of the 50-room boutique hotel, New York’s East Village cocktail bar Death & Co. will also create a stir, set to run the lobby bar and the hotel guest’s food and beverage options.
