Add one more name to add to the “coming soon” roster of new tenants at the Belleview Station development. Located just west of the I-25, the combination residential, work and retail hub brings importing some local favorites to join the already serving Backcountry Delicatessen, Crushed Red, Corvus Coffee, Los Chingones and Urban Egg.
Officially on the way, Ruth’s Chris Steak House will debut its second Colorado locale a short distance from the central cluster of restaurants, sitting close to the corner of Belleview Avenue and Olive Street. The nationwide chain of more than 150 upscale steakhouses arrived downtown on 15th Street in 2014, returning after a five-year hiatus from the city.
The menu will feature the house specialty of aged USDA steak broiled in a trademark 1,800-degree oven and served on a plate heated to 500 degrees at this coming soon restaurant. Ruth’s Chris has not announced an opening date.

Also on the horizon, the second outposts of Ambli, serving a “global gourmet cuisine” that pays special attention to its tapas menu, and the laid-back, good-times atmosphere of Highland Tap & Burger.
Still under construction, the conveyor belt kaitenzushi concept Sushi-Rama, headed to a corner spot on Newport Street, filling 2,600 square feet with room enough for 84 in the dining room and 10 at the bar.
