Denver Couple Debuts Nékter Juice Bar on Colorado Boulevard

Health nuts unite: Superfood smoothies and fresh-ingredient juices are on their way, Oct. 13

Adding to its fleet of locations in Lakewood and Greenwood Village, the metro area will add a new Nékter Juice Bar at 700 Colorado Boulevard, courtesy of Denver owners, Scott and Trisha Cohen.

With its unwavering commitment to ingredient transparency, Nékter will debut its new beverage bar Oct. 13, with a grand opening from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Cohens will donate 20 percent of the day’s proceeds to nearby Carson Elementary.

Jam-packed with fresh fruits and veggies, menu items include the toxin flush with parsley, spinach, apple, lemon, and ginger, and the banana boost made with banana, spinach, kale, apple, lemon, chia seeds, and coconut water blended with ice. The skoop is Nékter’s spin on a decadent frozen treat made fresh daily with creamy cashew milk and plant-based ingredients.

Founded in 2010, Southern California-based Nékter Juice Bar has expanded to include 121 locations across 13 states, all striving to provide a healthy, educational experience, with its menu of juices, smoothies, acai bowls, and healthy snacks – all sans artificial flavors, processed ingredients, or hidden fillers. Stated health benefits include increased energy, and boosted immunity.

The new Nékter location will be open daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
