Viewhouse owner Francois Safieddine has purchased property for $8 million along Larimer Street, with plans to turn it into a new restaurant. According to the Denver Business Journal, the sale at 2200, 2222, 2224, and 2234 Larimer Street went through Monday.
Although few details were made public, the Viewhouse team and Brad Manske, vice president of Lotus Concepts Management, are working with designers to reimagine this Ballpark building with a new eatery that will open in 2020.
Safieddine previously owned a variety of dance clubs in Denver through the early 2000s. Today, he manages the Viewhouse fleet in LoDo, Centennial, and Littleton. The bar and restaurant with a flagship location near Coors Field prides itself on sprawling spaces, outdoor activities, and killer views, mixing food and drink with music and games.
Amid the Denver real estate news, a fourth Viewhouse is also in the works in Colorado Springs, according to the DBJ.
