Long I Pie + Ratio Beer Pairing
When: November 14 from 6 to 8 p.m.
Where: Ratio Beerworks
What: Beer lovers can preview their Thanksgiving dessert and drink courses at the RiNo brewery, thanks to Long I Pie. Pairings include a honeyflower pie with the King of Carrot Flowers saison and a chocolate pumpkin pie with Hold Steady chocolate Scotch ale.

Where: Mile High Station
What: Cheese lovers can delve into unlimited samples of gooey sandwich bites, craft cocktails, and beer while fifteen Denver restaurants compete for the title of best grilled cheese. The VIP experience includes specialty pairings and cocktails. This event also features a silent auction to benefit the Imagination Library of Denver.

Day of Darks
When: November 17 from 12 to 4 p.m.
Where: Wynkoop Brewing Co.
What: The annual dark beer festival brings together Colorado breweries like Avery and Great Divide to showcase their darkest beers. Activities include a build-your-own mustache station and contest.

Jefferson Square Holiday Affair
When: November 17 from 1 to 6 p.m.
What: Sarto’s revives the popular market in anticipation of the holiday season this month. The community event overtakes West 25th Avenue and Eliot Street with local vendors, live music, hot drinks, beer, and food trucks.

Where: Union Station
What: The extended holiday flea market includes four weekends of festive shopping at the plaza at Union Station. Shoppers can sip on beer or cocktails as they explore dozens of local craftsmen and food trucks.
Day of Dark Beers & Cosmic Beer Party
When: November 23 from 11 a.m to 11 p.m.
Where: WestFax Brewing Company
What: Ditch Black Friday for a day of new dark beers. Westfax plans to tap seven new styles before an “interstellar” party starting at 6 p.m.

Stapleton Holiday Bazaar
When: November 29 from 4 to 10 p.m.
Where: The Shops at Northfield Stapleton
What: The annual holiday market pops up for one day only in Stapleton this year, before the Bazaar debuts in RiNo at the beginning of December. More than 45 vendors are anticipated at the event. Guests can also enjoy beer, wine, and cider tastings throughout.
