Just in time for its 12th anniversary, Colorado-based breakfast darling Snooze will open a ninth location along the Front Range, this time in Denver Tech Center. The newest Snooze opens May 2 at 5073 South Syracuse Street, next door to Shanahan’s steakhouse.
Snooze’s new space will seat around 150 brunch-goers in an inside dining area and on the outdoor patio. The morning eatery is known for its over-the-top breakfast cocktails (see the Bacon and Eggs with bacon-infused Bourbon, egg white, and bacon); sweet-on-sweet pancakes (topped with vanilla cream, shortbread, chocolate, and caramel); multiple eggs Benedict, and other hearty brunch dishes.
Brothers Adam and Jon Schlegel opened their first Snooze in the ballpark neighborhood in 2006. The restaurant now has 24 locations across Colorado, California, Arizona, and Texas, with four more on the way from Texas to Colorado. Snooze most recently opened its first Westminster location last summer, and another is on the way to Denver International Airport. Already with seven of its own a.m. eatery locations, Texas will soon match Colorado in Snoozes, with three more coming to Dallas and Fort Worth.
