Bon Ami Bistro & Creperie has officially moved into the former Telegraph Neighborhood Bistro & Bar location at 295 South Pennsylvania Street. The new French restaurant by the owners of Cherry Creek’s La Merise held its soft opening over the weekend and will begin regular business on Wednesday, June 13. In Cherry Creek, La Merise is known for classic French cuisine, from escargots de Bourgogne to beef bourguignon. The new Speer spot features a spacious outdoor patio.

Starting Tuesday, June 12, Hi Tide No Coast Poke will be building bowls and pouring frozen sake from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. at 2449 Larimer Street, inside the former Americatus space. In addition to build-your-own raw bowls, Hi Tide also offers seared fish options and cans of Hawaiian beer and wines to go with them. The cozy restaurant lies between Billy’s Gourmet Hot Dogs and Los Chingones. It features a chef’s counter and an outdoor patio in addition to casual dining room seating.
LoHi coffee
Method Collective begins its week-long soft opening today at 2011 West 32nd Avenue in LoHi. The new Method Roasters coffee shop and neighborhood store is located inside the Alexan development. It features a full coffee bar, breakfast pastries, prepared foods from local restaurants, and grocery essentials. Method roasts coffees from around the world at its nearby Sunnyside facility. Soft opening hours for the store’s first week will be from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.
