Denver’s booming RiNo neighborhood is getting its second big hotel opening this year with The Source Hotel on Brighton Boulevard. Inside the industrial boutique space, three new restaurants and bars debuted over the weekend, with a brewery forthcoming. The hotel starts accepting overnight stays September 1.
But eaters can now try Safta, an Israeli restaurant by award-winning chef Alon Shaya. They can check out Smōk, a tribute to Kansas City barbecue and a cocktail bar by two Denver industry vets. On the hotel’s eighth-floor rooftop, they can take in the views over a sour beer and paired foods. Fort Collins-based New Belgium Brewing is opening its second Colorado brewhouse inside the hotel and also barrel-aging beers on the rooftop.
Here’s the latest Source Hotel news, along with photos of all the bars and restaurants.
