A Neighborhood Bar Heads to Highlands Ranch Next

Highlands Ranch’s 100-acre Central Park mixed-use hub has already seen a rapid succession of debuts this year, including Zoës Kitchen, Old Chicago, Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, Torchy’s Tacos, Mad Greens, and the second Denver home of Shake Shack, but now Next Door American Eatery confirms it will move into the neighborhood this fall.

Sitting close to Mad Greens at 1485 Park Central Drive and slotting into a existing vacant structure, the 3,579-square-foot restaurant will add a rectangular bar, three dining areas with room enough for 120 customers inside, and a 22-seat outdoor patio.
