Highlands Ranch’s 100-acre Central Park mixed-use hub has already seen a rapid succession of debuts this year, including Zoës Kitchen, Old Chicago, Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, Torchy’s Tacos, Mad Greens, and the second Denver home of Shake Shack, but now Next Door American Eatery confirms it will move into the neighborhood this fall.
