Brew Culture Coffee, a new coffee shop owned by Troy and Jen Reynolds (previously owners of a doggy daycare), opened this weekend at 3620 West Colfax Avenue in the Sloan’s Lake neighborhood. Located next to Seedstock Brewery and sharing a patio, the coffee shop serves beans locally roasted by Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters. There are nine rotating kombucha taps featuring brews from Colorado producers and a tap dedicated to nitro brew. The Noshery provides pastries, sandwiches, and oatmeal.
Meanwhioe, Torpedo Coffee is nearing its grand opening date, which is this Saturday, Sept. 29, in the Oneida Park retail center in Park Hill.
