Peak Spirits, who are behind biodynamic and certified organic distillery CapRock and winery Jack Rabbit Hill Farms are coming from Hotchkiss to RiNo to open a six-month pop-up disco, gallery, and cocktail lounge called Yeah, Baby. It will neighbor bar collective, BOOZ Hall (where CapRock has a space), Stem Ciders, 14er Brewing and the Friday Night Bazaar at 2811 Walnut Street in RiNo.
The space has been designed to offer a full sensory experience where patrons can view unique artworks created by local artists, get their groove on, and sip drinks made with CapRock’s award-winning spirits. Yeah, Baby will only be open from Wednesdays through Fridays each week, with a series of events like barrel tastings, rotating art exhibits, shows, and notable DJs. It will also be offering daily $1 drink specials with a hairstyle theme.
