DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT — Ethiopian coffee finds a home at the airport this summer when Kabod Coffee debuts. Owner Muluye Hailemariam already roasts coffee from her home country and sells it online, but her first retail shop will sit on the west side of the main terminal. Light roast coffee, local kombucha, fruit smoothies, grab-and-go items, and pastries make the roster. Hailemariam, who has a jewelry kiosk at the airport roasts about 15 pounds of coffee a day, according to Westword. [Westword]
