Spicy creamy, beef sukiyaki, tonkatsu, and spicy lobster are among the options for ramen. Bowls start with a base of matcha rice, zucchini noodles, or spring mix, then add proteins such as tuna, salmon, yellowtail, seared tuna, and more. A roster of signature bowls also make the menu. Fried rice, yaki soba, and yaki udon are among the noodle and rice options.

ENGELWOOD — Watda Pho brings a new Vietnamese restaurant to Englewood with a range of dishes spanning pho and vermicelli to fried rice and spring rolls. Pho comes in three sizes ranging from $8.95 to $10.95. Vermicelli dishes with marinated grilled meats and a fish dipping sauce made in house and steamed or fried rice platters round out the entrees. Kids can order from their own menu. For dessert, coconut and coffee jellies, while Thai iced team, Vietnamese pressed coffee with condensed milk, matcha milk green tea and salted lemonade round out the drinks.
