GREENWOOD VILLAGEAsuka Ramen & Poke brings build-your-own poke bowls for $12 as well as nine different ramen options in the $12 to $13 range. Spicy creamy, beef sukiyaki, tonkatsu, and spicy lobster are among the options for ramen. Bowls start with a base of matcha rice, zucchini noodles, or spring mix, then add proteins such as tuna, salmon, yellowtail, seared tuna, and more. A roster of signature bowls also make the menu. Fried rice, yaki soba, and yaki udon are among the noodle and rice options.

EVERGREENEvergreen Bread Lounge brings pastries, breads, and light breakfast and lunch fare. Specialty toasts include avocado, radish, peanut butter, cinnamon, and tomato, all from $3 to $4.50. BLT, veggie, turkey, and the usual suspects from egg to chicken salad join charcuterie boards on the menu.

UNIVERSITYDevour the 303 offers a menu filled with natural Angus beef patties that can be substituted with a veggie patty, portobello mushroom cap, or chicken breast. Patty melts, a mushroom and Swiss, and poblano pepper versions all have the option of a gluten-free bun. Sandwiches such as a BLT, chicken club, veggie melt, and a Reuben join fish tacos, avocado chicken fettucine, barbecue pork ribs, and fish and chips on the menu. Brunch features a Mile High sandwich made with scrambled eggs topped with cheddar jack on brioche; a breakfast burrito; poblano sunrise stuffed with chorizo, scrambled eggs and pepperjack cheese; a habanero steak hash; and more.

ENGELWOODWatda Pho brings a new Vietnamese restaurant to Englewood with a range of dishes spanning pho and vermicelli to fried rice and spring rolls. Pho comes in three sizes ranging from $8.95 to $10.95. Vermicelli dishes with marinated grilled meats and a fish dipping sauce made in house and steamed or fried rice platters round out the entrees. Kids can order from their own menu. For dessert, coconut and coffee jellies, while Thai iced team, Vietnamese pressed coffee with condensed milk, matcha milk green tea and salted lemonade round out the drinks.
