Zeppelin Station keeps changing up the mix with new vendors. The food truck Budlong Hot Chicken just debuted a stand-alone location at the food hall, and La Doña brought an al pastor taqueria this month.
Now the food hall adds Vinyl Brunch to the mix every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. with a deejay spinning.
Dandy Lion Coffee now dishes out breakfast burritos with eggs, sausage, cheese, tater tots, and fried onions, while Vinh Xuong Bakery, the Vietnamese banh mi shop, offers avocado toast with lime, sea salt, onion, and cilantro.
Au Feu with its smoked meats and poutine has a biscuit with a fried egg and pickled onions, or a biscuit with homemade berry jam and brown sugar butter. Add some Mornay cheese sauce for an additional $2.
OK Poke has two styles of smoothie bowls, one with seasonal berries, granola, apples, and bananas or another with mixed berries, green tea, and honey.
Budlong serves chicken and waffles and La Doña dishes out breakfast tacos.
Finally, Skál!, the Reykjavík-based restaurant with its first American pop-up, has a poached egg on a soft roll with Kurobuta ham and Hollandaise sauce.
