GOLDEN TRIANGLEAd Hominem, the restaurant with global fare fueled by local ingredients, closed abruptly, according to Westword. The weekly notes that a sign on the door in late February announced that the one-year-old restaurant closed for maintenance, only to be replaced by an updated “closed till further notice.” [Westword]

BOULDERRocky Flats Lounge, the Packers bar that closed in 2015 after a fire, has to move after plans to reopen in its former location flamed out. Instead, Rocky Flats Bar & Grill opens in the space soon catering to the Green Bay crowds with bratwurst and fish fries. [The Know]

FIVE POINTS — The Welton Room, a new bar on the ground floor of the Lydian apartments, opens in the middle of April. Los Angeles bartenders Chokedee (Champ) Buabucha and Jorge Ortegaare plan to serve “cotton candy martinis, cognac sorbets and other experimental drinks.” [Denver Post]
