Already, Zeppelin Station announced plans for its newest “Made in Reykjavik” popup dinner with Dill, the first Iceland restaurant recognized with a Michelin star. Now comes word that Dill’s sister restaurant, Systir, takes over the Skál! space at the food hall.
Systir brings a cocktail and wine bar with dishes focusing on seasonal ingredients, all cooked in a very Nordic way. In Denver, that means sharing plates and a natural wine list.
Skál! ended its residency at Zeppelin Station on April 10. The seasonal fast-fine food spot run by three friends at Reykjavík’s first food hall, Hlemmur Mathöll, was the first in Zeppelin Station’s Made in Reykjavík series pop-ups with art exhibits and live music.
Below, a look at the Systir menu.
