A new lounge opening in Cherry Creek promises to showcase more than 120 spirits, many new to Denver, from around the world. Cherish Spirits Lounge debuts in May in Cherry Creek from owner Bart DeLorenzo, who most recently had Sevilla nightclub in Denver. The 4,500-square-foot lounge takes over the former Venue 221 event space.
Consider Cherish an elevated way to experience drinks and “world cuisine.” Business Den says cocktails and food are prepared table side. Dishes include carpaccio, a baked brie, honey bourbon bacon, stuffed puff pastry, and mac and Gruyere cheese with house-made bourbon bacon bits.
As for the cocktails, the lounge’s website touts, “Cherish offers over 75 of the best, uniquely sourced premium spirits with brands you may not have yet heard of, but you’ll fall in love with quickly.” The lounge also offers house-blended bourbon and whisky barrels, available for purchase as bottle service.
The lounge also plans to offer VIP services that include a locker for storing bottles, special bottles only available from master distillers, a VIP access phone number for reservations, preferred seating and VIP tickets to events at Cherish.
