Denver breakfast kingpins Snooze expands its empire to Colorado Springs on April 24 with a roster of breakfast and brunch favorites

The 10th Colorado location finally gave fans in Colorado Springs an excuse to dine on staples such as pineapple upside down pancakes, the chile verde Benny, and Juan’s breakfast tacos. Breakfast pot pie, morning shaksuka, flights of pancakes, French toast stuffed with mascarpone, and even healthier bites such as egg white frittatas and grain bowls make the menu.

Diners can keep the party going with Dirty Drunken Chai made with rum, straight up or spicy bloody Marys, a morning margarita, or Horse & Sidecar, an over-the-top bloody Mary with ham, cheddar cheese, an olive, pickle, and side of beer.

The 129-seat restaurant has a 52-seat, dog-friendly patio, all decorated with retro-inspired touches.

During the Colorado Springs opening, the restaurant partners with Catamount Institute, Colorado Springs Food Rescue, and The Home Front Cares.

Snooze, an A.M. Eatery, 7587 N. Academy Blvd., Suite 120, Colorado Springs, 719-694-1360. Open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
