Fans of brunch have some new options to explore starting this weekend. Broadway Market near Golden Triangle now has brunch items, as well as bottomless mimosas food hall’s central bar.
Brunch at Broadway Market takes place every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m, followed by happy hour from 2 to 5 p.m. The Bar at Broadway will serve $15 bottomless mimosas, Real Dill Bloody Marys, and Harvey Wallbangers.
Each restaurant inside the food hall has different brunch dishes, including green chile cheddar grits with bacon and poached eggs from Mondo Mini; breakfast smasher bowls from Daniel Asher’s Mother Tongue, served with a choice of turkey breakfast sausage or falafel with eggs, mixed greens, and harissa Hollandaise; breakfast sandwiches with sausage, ham, or bacon from Justin Brunson’s Royal Rooster; and a traditional Hawaiian loco moco with Portuguese chorizo, Spam, and sweet tamago on Japanese steamed rice covered with hon shimeji mushroom gravy at Misaki on Broadway.
Starting Sunday, a deejay spins, and the food hall plans to have its patio ready by the weekend.
