Two New Locations for Next Door American Eatery Open This Summer

By the end of summer, Next Door American Eatery will reach more than 1 million diners in Colorado every year. Founders This summer Kitchen Restaurant partners Kimbal Musk and Hugo Matheson plan to open two more Next Door American Eatery locations, fulfilling a goal originally set for 2020.

The Kitchen Restaurant Group will reopen its Fort Collins location in Old Town on College Ave as a Next Door American Eatery in late June. The transition from The Kitchen location in Fort Collins to Next Door American Eatery starts after the restaurant closes following brunch on Sunday, May 26.

The eighth Next Door location in Colorado will open in Orchard Park in Westminster at the end of July at 14345 Orchard Parkway, Suite 100.

Musk and Matheson opened The Kitchen in Boulder in 2004, expanding to Denver near Union Station in 2012. Next Door American Eatery features locally sourced ingredients and a roster of vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free dishes that range from salads and burgers to sandwiches.

The Kitchen Restaurant Group has six Next Door American Eatery restaurants in Colorado and four others in Indianapolis, Memphis, the Cleveland area, and the Chicago area.
