9th & Colorado, the 26-acre project taking over the former University of Colorado Health Sciences Center, announced that coffee bar and cafe Frank & Roze will join the lineup of restaurants this November.

Frank & Roze will serve coffees from producers committed to sustainable farming practices and living wages for workers. In addition to all the regular coffee drinks, the cafe will also serve a changing menu of cold brew concoctions like the Mile-High Mojito, with cold brew, muddled mint, and choice of milk.

Denver chef and restaurateur Tom Coohill will develop the food menu for Frank & Roze. Expect breakfast sandwiches, croissants, Danishes, muffins, scones, toasts, tartines, salads, sandwiches, cheeses, and charcuterie. The restaurant will also sell beer and wine.

Other recently announced additions to 9th & Colorado included Chuy’s with its Tex-Mex fare, Pizzeria Locale, Gelato Boy, a nail spa with a wine bar, and Sam Fox Restaurants’ Blanco Tacos & Tequila and gastropub Culinary Dropout.

Frank & Roze will be open Monday through Saturday, from 5:30 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., at 4097 E. 9th Avenue.
