The Made in a City series at Zeppelin Station continues later this month with a trip to Mexico. Campobaja from chef Alejandro Zarate out of Baja, California, takes over with his own food stall from June 14 through Aug. 14.

Fortuna, the Mexican chocolate company based out of Boulder, will open at the end of July through Aug. 31 and will take over the Made in Mexico City stall after Campobaja leaves. The company focuses on organic cacao beans sourced directly from independent growers in the Americas and then hand-roasted in Boulder. The menu will highlight traditional ingredients and specialty cacaos from Mexico and showcase family recipes from El Distrito Federal.
