A shared space containing quick-serve Brother’s Barbecue and Snarf’s Sandwiches counters as well as a Breckenridge Brewery-branded bar is now fully open inside terminal A at Denver International Airport.
The three restaurants share a space near Gate A73 in a new section of the terminal on its far eastern side. It was constructed as part of an expansion that added 16 additional gates (gates A71-A87) and was completed in 2017.

The new restaurants and bar began serving customers over the last several months but did not fully open for regular hours until recently, said Alice Cheung, a dining division director at the Paradies Lagardère airport concessionaire that is operating the new locations. The new gates began serving United flights in May, she said.
The Breckenridge Brewery section, which consists of a large bar surrounded by additional seating, is located in the center of the space. To the sides are the Snarf’s and Brothers BBQ counters, which also have smaller seating areas of their own.

Like the chain’s standalone Denver locations, the Brothers counter will serve a selection of BBQ sandwiches and plates, plus salads and sides. It also has a small breakfast menu featuring breakfast tacos, a buttermilk biscuit sandwich with brisket, hot link or pulled pork and a hot link and eggs plate.
Similarly, the Snarf’s counter features a lineup of Snarf’s specialty toasted sandwiches as well as soups and grab-and-go salads. There are also several breakfast sandwiches.
The Breckenridge Brewery bar will serve spirits in addition to Breckenridge Brewery beers (however, the beers are not brewed onsite). It does not serve its own food but instead gives drinkers an option to order food from Snarf’s Sandwiches or Brothers BBQ, which can then be consumed in the bar area.
The counters and bar will be open from an hour before the first flight of the day out of the new expansion area departs until the last one for the day leaves.
Brothers BBQ, Snarf’s Sandwiches and Breckenridge Brewery are just the latest Colorado brands to open up inside the airport. Last year, an outpost of RiNo’s Denver Central Market also opened up in Terminal A. Jax Fish House and The Post Brewing Company locations are also planned for the renovated Great Hall, a project which is now infamously-delayed.
