Celebrate Easter with a Southern-style feast at The MainLine, where guests can find biscuits and gravy, buttermilk fried chicken and waffles, and traditional beignets on the brunch menu from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Specialty brunch drinks—beermosas, bloody marys, and mimosas—are only $3. Austin's American Grill
Both Austin's American Grill locations will host Easter brunch buffets on Sunday, April 5 beginning at 9 a.m. These traditional brunch feasts include eggs benedict, smoked salmon, carved sirloin, and gourmet pastries. Brunch is $25.95 per person or $10.95 for kids under 12. Kids under 5 eat free. Reservations can be made online.
Generations Wine & Martini Bar
The 24-foot-long buffet at Generations will include all the breakfast classics—eggs, danish, biscuits and gravy, potatoes, bagels and cream cheese, salmon, shrimp, sausage, and bacon—on Easter Sunday. Also, don't miss the bloody mary bar. Brunch is served from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and costs $19 per person, and $9 for children under 9.
Next Door Food & Drink
Join Next Door Food & Drink for a four-course Easter brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday, April 5. Brunch costs $25 per person and includes a "Piña-Kale-Lada" smoothie, banana bread, your choice of nine entrees (such as short rib hash or a lobster scramble), and dessert. The Stanley Hotel
Enjoy a lavish Easter brunch in Estes Park. From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., The Stanley Hotel is offering an extensive buffet with slow-roasted Colorado NY strip, lamb lollipops, whole roasted salmon and fresh seasonal vegetables, pasta stations, and an artisanal bread selection. There will be a kid's Easter egg hunt at 1 p.m. Brunch costs $58 per person and $26 for children under 12. Reservations can be made online.
Colterra will be offering a three-course prix-fixe Easter brunch menu from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. with items like split pea soup and beef carpaccio.
