Jax in Boulder is hosting a five course dinner for $75 per person with a $35 optional wine pairing on New Year's Eve. The special menu will feature seafood and Colorado grown produce. Doors open at 4 p.m. which also includes happy hour until 6 p.m. Seating is limited and reservations are required at 303-444-1811.

Dushanbe Teahouse
Dushanbe is hosting a New Year's Eve three course prix-fixe dinner for $39 per guest which includes a glass of sparkling wine or pot of tea. Menu items will be available a la cart, and a limited version of their regular menu will also be available. You will find the likes of pho braised pork cheeks, seared shrimp, and English sticky toffee pudding on the special menu.

Leaf is hosting a "Worldly Affair" New Year's Eve with a five course vegetarian dinner for $42 per person. As one of the only vegetarian only restaurants in Boulder, this spot still found a way to include an eclectic mix in their menu. Reservations are highly recommended.

Basta
Basta turns six years old on New Year's Eve and the restaurant will be celebrating by offering a special supplemental menu with delicacies such as white truffles, caviar, and bottarga that can be added to items from the Basta menu, a la carte. Reservations are recommended.

Black Cat
Black Cat is hosting two seatings for New Year's Eve; the first is between 5:30 p.m. and 6:15 p.m. and that is a four course prix-fixe for $79 per person. The second seating is from 8 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. which offers an elevated six course prix-fixe menu for $99 per person. Both will have optional wine pairings that match the price of the prix fixe menu. Jill's Restaurant & Bistro
Jill's is hosting a five course meal starting at 5 p.m. on new Year's Eve, as well as a seven course meal at 7:30 p.m. The five course dinner is $59.95 per adult, which includes an amuse-bouche; chestnut velouté; trout normand with lemongrass black pepper sorbet; choice of appetizer, main course and dessert. For $74.95 per adult, the seven-course dinner will also include a mid-course wild shrimp etouffée, as well as an artisan cheese plate. As an added bonus, the St. Julien Hotel and Spa is hosting a dance party featuring Hazel Miller Band and for $150 per person where guests can enjoy reserved seating, light fare, a balloon drop at midnight and a champagne toast. Black, gold and silver attire is encouraged, and a full bar with an ice luge will be present. Doors open at 8:30 p.m., and the event runs from 9 p.m. to 1 a.m. at the hotel.

Starting at 5 p.m. Kachina is offering a limited regular menu, in addition to house specials and a three course dinner that includes the likes of braised rabbit cavatelli, roasted rack of Colorado lamb, Lomo de Puerco, and more. The dinner is $55 per person, and includes a Champagne toast. After dinner, from 10 p.m. to close, a DJ will be onsite playing music while the fires are lit outside on the patio.
