With easy access to the mountains and Denver, gorgeous scenic views all around, and a lively city center, Golden is becoming more and more popular. Whether you're catching a class at the Colorado School of Mines, taking a tour of Coors Brewery, or hiking in the foothills, this is a town with plenty to offer. When it comes to dining and drinking, there are delis, farm-to-table restaurants, breweries, distilleries, and old timey saloons to choose from. There is just about everything you can think of from a quick and delicious lunch fix, to pizza, burgers, a killer plate of hummus, a Columbian specialty, or a gluten free brew (the only real gluten free brewery in Colorado).

Take the quick drive up and when you are there be sure to check out these fifteen restaurants and bars.
