With showers and flowers comes bright and refreshing cocktails to celebrate the season

View as Map

Although the Mile High City somehow managed to avoid any real snowy threats from winter, the tease of spring has the city seemingly brighter. And in true Denver fashion the weather still remains unpredictable, but with sunshine stretching its way into the city more permanently we begin to flock to our favorites in Denver patio real estate.

Soaking up sunshine and sipping crisp cocktails go hand-in-hand. It's no wonder that so many of our local watering holes are enhancing the standard cocktail menus with the season's best flavors such as lavender, citrus, mint, and cucumber. A spring cocktail no longer has to be your grandfather's spiked country club Arnold Palmer, or at least not with this essential list of a few of the brighter Denver seasonal specials.

The list below is organized in alphabetical order. If we happened to miss one of your favorites in Spring sips send us a note through the tipline.
