Adrift is Denver's one and only strictly tiki bar. For the full tropical experience in a hip, urban setting, Adrift cannot be beat. Plenty of Tiki classics dot the drink list- mai tai, Singapore sling, zombie, hurricane, rum runner, blue Hawaiian, banana daiquiri- you name it, Adrift's got it.
The talented bar team behind Ste. Ellie is hip to the tiki drink trend. The bartenders will always craft custom tiki cocktails for patrons and love to impress with theatrics. Do not be surprised if your tropical libation comes on fire or in a full hollowed-out pineapple. The daiquiri at Ste. Ellie is easily one of the best in town.
The new RiNo bar features a Creole/Caribbean aesthetic in a setting where it just feels right to indulge in a tiki cocktail. A recent tropical-themed cocktail special dubbed '29 Palms' was a warming mixture of ginger and spice-infused Vizcaya white Dominican rum, fresh pineapple juice, fresh lime, and angostura bitters. The Manor runs drink specials all the time and the top notch bar staff will whip up tiki drinks upon request anytime.
The south Broadway hipster haunt features a daiquiri on its cocktail menu year round. The daiquiri resides in a genus of cocktails whose main ingredients are rum, citrus juice, and sugar. Sweet, strong, and fruity, this could be the perfect beverage companion to dancing the night away at Sputnik.
ChoLon Bistro has a killer watermelon mai tai on the menu to complement the Southeast Asian-inspired eats. The classic tropical combination of rum, Curacao liqueur, and fresh lime juice bring the drinker to a Polynesian-esque setting in no time. The cocktail offerings at ChoLon are seasonal, but always tend toward fruity, aromatic, and/or floral.
Under Bar Fausto's rum offerings, patrons will find such tiki classics as the mai tai, zombie, planter's punch, and daiquiri. Enjoy an expertly crafted tiki-inspired cocktail alongside Bar Fausto's carefully curated charcuterie and small plates.

The Singapore Sling cocktail is very elusive in Denver bars and restaurants, but can be found in slushy form at Ace in Uptown. The Ace version is made with Damrak gin, multiple liqueurs, and fresh juices.
RiNo Yacht Club
Tiki drink enthusiasts can rest easy knowing that the RiNO Yacht Club will always have a tiki beverage on the drink list. Right now, try the Wisdom & Madness, a cocktail that combines Armagnac, Plantation rum, creme de noyaux, lime juice, and PX sherry, garnished with mint and an orange peel.
