Aji is hosting a three-course prix fix menu for $42 per person, that also includes a glass of sparkling wine. Limited regular menu will also be available, as well.
Basta turns five years old on New Year's Eve and they'll have a special five-course menu for $55 per person, with additional wine pairings for $45 per person for this night only. Although there will not be anything off their regular menu, this elevated menu includes geo duck, sea urchin, and lamb belly to commemorate their anniversary.
New to Boulder, Blackbelly is hosting their first New Year's Eve dinner which includes a five-course prix fixe menu for $75 per person, with an optional wine pairing for $35 per person. The menu will feature the likes of Nantucket bay scallop crudo, roast chestnut soup with matsutake and cognac, ponzo duo of wagyu beef and a bittersweet chocolate torte at the end of the meal.

Black Cat is hosting a special evening on New Year's Eve. The first seating at 5:30 p.m. is $75 per person, with four courses, and the second seating at 8:15 p.m. is $95 per person, with six courses. At midnight, champagne will be be popped and a toast goes all around.

Centro Latin Kitchen is hosting New Year's Eve that includes evening specials like the lobster paella for two, which arrives alongside a bottle of bublles or a carafe of spicy house-made sangria for $50 per person. They'll also have special dishes available like lamb chops al pastor or lobster rice fritters with chipotle tarter.
Chautauqua Dining Hall
Chautauqua Dining Hall is hosting a special New Year's Eve dinner with creative chef specials, as well as limited items from their regular menu. Dinner service begins at 4 p.m. If you're up for it, on new years day they're also serving brunch will be served from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Jill's in The St. Julien Hotel is hosting a special evening menu that is split into two sittings; one from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. with three courses, amuse and chocolate truffles for $59.95 per person and the second from 8:30 p.m. to close with five courses, amuse, and chocolate truffles for $74.95 per person.
Kachina Southwestern Grill will be open on New Year’s Eve from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., serving options such as $5 Navajo tacos, “For the Table” selections such as Colorado bison empanadas and crispy quail legs, and entrees including smoked prime rib and grilled bison tenderloin.

The Kitchen Next Door will be open on New Years Eve with evening service of a sparkling wine special - $6.50 per glass, or $32 per bottle. They'll be open for a New Year's Toast at midnight, and you can expect a special dish beyond their regular menu of lobster mac and cheese.

The Kitchen Upstairs will be serving food until 11 p.m. on New Years Eve and open until 1 a.m. They will be serving their normal menu as well as some special small bite dishes put together by Head Chef Paul McGuire such as truffled deviled eggs, caviar blini, oysters on the half shell wiith champagne mignonette and more for just $4-5.
