Fish N Beer
This RiNo abode hosts a seafood and beer-driven happy hour menu that runs Tuesday through Saturday from 5 to 7 p.m. and all day Mondays with $1 raw oysters with cocktail sauce up for grabs at $1, as well grilled oysters served with garlic or devil butter at $2.50 a piece. Patrons can also dig into other tasty, happy hour fare including fried blowfish tails, shrimp jambalaya, and grilled artichokes. On the beverage side, libations include $6 infused mules, $1 off craft beers, and $8 house wines.

Cart-Driver
For those looking for something a little different, head to the center of Denver’s art-driven, RiNo neighborhood. Housed inside a shipping container, this intimate restaurant serves up wood-fired pizzas, briny oysters, and classic Italian aperitifs during its savory happy hour. Patrons can grab two market oysters with horseradish, lemon, and mignonette for $5 as well as a glass of the on-tap prosecco for another five bucks. The happy hour menu is served daily from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. and late night from 10 p.m. to 12 a.m.

Located inside Union Station, chef Jennifer Jasinski’s restaurant cooks up a seafood happy-hour with a modern twist. Alongside $2 oysters, flown in fresh from both coasts, guests can dig into inventive small plates like octopus mortadella and mussels cooked in a chorizo-beer broth. Diners can pair their small plates with a glass of one of the $4 house wines or a $3 Utica Club beer. Happy hour is served Sunday through Friday from 2 to 6 p.m.

A Colorado staple from the Big Red F restaurant family, Jax’s Fish House & Oyster Bar has been one of the go-to seafood spots for Colorado diners since 1996. This sustainably-sourced locale hosts its seafood-driven happy hour daily from 3 to 6 p.m. and all night on Mondays. Try the East Coast oysters served on the half shell for $1.50 a piece, and some of the other seafood fancies like peel and eat shrimp with a house mustard sauce, or steamed mussels. Most don’t think of oyster happy hours and Italian restaurants synonymously, but this homey eatery in south Denver offers up one of the more generous oyster happy hours — with $1 oysters on the half shell and $2 grilled oysters served daily from 3 to 6 p.m. and from 9 p.m to close. Customers can also order Italian-inspired sliders and salads as well as $4 well drinks and $2 off wines on tap.
