A Colorado staple from the Big Red F restaurant family, Jax’s Fish House & Oyster Bar has been one of the go-to seafood spots for Colorado diners since 1996. This sustainably-sourced locale hosts its seafood-driven happy hour daily from 3 to 6 p.m. and all night on Mondays.
