The Backyard Grilling class kicks off at 2 p.m. with stuffed goat cheese bacon-wrapped dates and marinated flank steak for $89 per person; Brews and 'Ques begins at 6:30 p.m. and,for $210 per couple, guests can enjoy two beers along with grilled jalapeno poppers and a bacon and gorgonzola-stuffed bison burgers.
