Whether you consider shrimp cocktail a classic staple or an ironic throwback, it still lingers on menus around Denver, though mostly at steakhouses and seafood spots. Traditionally served with chilled, cooked shrimp hanging around the rim of a glass with cocktail sauce, some restaurants choose to serve it peel-and-eat style, while others put a twist on the sauce. In honor of Classics Week 2015 at Eater, we've rounded up 12 examples of shrimp cocktail, presented in alphabetical order by restaurant.
