Globe Hall is the ideal place to fuel up for the Stock Show. Its location in Globeville is a quick jaunt from the Convention Center, the no-frills approach is great for cowboy-types, the barbecue fare is on point and tickets for live music events until January 23 are only $5 with a Stock Show ticket. Carnivores will surely approve of the Macho Grande burrito - a monster made with barbecued brisket, sausage and pulled pork all wrapped in a colossal tortilla.
Old Major is one of Denver's most meat-forward eateries, and the nose-to-tail platter is a beautiful showcase of that specialty. This carnivore's delight is currently being served with sausage, braised belly, honey rib, crispy ears, sage stuffing, and green bean casserole.
What could be a more carnivorous, manly way to cap off a successful day at the Stock Show than with Rebel's half roasted pig's head? The current iteration of the dish brings grilled scallions, Rebel Farms greens, corn husk vinaigrette, and flatbread.
TAG Burger Bar

Euclid Hall Bar & Kitchen
Euclid Hall goes hog wild with meat-centric dishes. The Ricky Ricardo sandwich gives the classic Cubano a run for its money, with house-cured ham, bacon, braised pork belly, giardiniera, swiss cheese and yellow mustard and buttery pressed bread. Or opt for Euclid's butcher's cut - a varying selection of hand-cut Ron Buxman Colorado beef served a la carte.

Biker Jim's Gourmet Dogs
Biker Jim's is a classic Denver meat institution.
