Globe Hall is the ideal place to fuel up for the Stock Show. Its location in Globeville is a quick jaunt from the Convention Center, the no-frills approach is great for cowboy-types, the barbecue fare is on point and tickets for live music events until January 23 are only $5 with a Stock Show ticket. Carnivores will surely approve of the Macho Grande burrito - a monster made with barbecued brisket, sausage and pulled pork all wrapped in a colossal tortilla.
Old Major is one of Denver's most meat-forward eateries, and the nose-to-tail platter is a beautiful showcase of that specialty. This carnivore's delight is currently being served with sausage, braised belly, honey rib, crispy ears, sage stuffing, and green bean casserole.

As implied in its name, Uptown's Beast + Bottle curates fine, meat-forward dishes alongside a carefully selected beverage menu. Meat lovers will approve of the variations of duck dish - with duck breast, sausage, seared liver, grape must, parsnip, and seeds.
The Nickel is hosting two separate Stock Show dinners, naturally featuring meat-forward menus. The first is on Wednesday, January 13 from 5 to 10 p.m. for $65 per person. 7X Beef will be collaborating with the Nickel to serve beef tartare, beef tendons, oxtails with beef consommé and a NY steak with bone marrow emulsion.
