13 places to sit back, relax, and feast this Thanksgiving

View as Map

For many, Thanksgiving is all about home cooking (and eating). But once again this year, local restaurants are whipping up some show-stopping meals that just might make Denverites decide to skip the whole daylong ordeal and let Mile High City chefs do the work instead.

From roasted pumpkin bisque at The Nickel and pork sausage stuffing at Woodie Fisher, to achiote brined turkey at Kachina and a vegan tasting menu at Jill’s Restaurant, there’s something for everyone at Denver-area restaurants this Turkey Day (even for those who want no part of an actual turkey).
