Elway's is offering a Christmas Day pre fixe dinner from noon to 8 p.m., in addition to the regular menu. The cost is $75 per person, and $35 for children. Call for reservations now.
Randolph's will have a holiday brunch spread and three-course dinner on Christmas day. Santa and his reindeer will be present for the brunch; pricing for adults is $38, Seniors $30, Youth 13-17 $22, Children 5-12 $15, 4 and under are free. Festivities start at 11 a.m. and run to 3 p.m. Christmas dinner will be served a la carte, with dishes that range from oysters rockefeller on the half shell to dijon-herb crusted rack of lamb.
The regular menu at Appaloosa will be available on Christmas day, as well as a $22 prime rib dinner. Appaloosa is open from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. on Christmas, with live music starting at 10 p.m.
Parallel Seventeen will be open on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Guests can order the
$55 four-course holiday tasting menu
with an additional $20 for pairings. Among the dishes, celery root and parsnip bisque served with apple saigon cinnamon beignets.
The restaurant will also provide an a là carte selection from its regular menu.

Larger plates include traditional pork posole; herb-crusted bison prime rib and hickory smoked ham. Full a la carte menu is available upon request. Christmas day breakfast begins at 7 a.m and dinner goes from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
