It is here: the Tour di Negroni started yesterday and the twelve bars and restaurants participating in the boozy celebration have their shakers ready. Here's the deal: each participant offers a classic Negroni, traditionally crafted with equal parts gin, vermouth and bitters –most likely Campari. They also offer inspired variations of the Negroni, like the Toro! Toro! created by Ryan Layman of Steuben's or the Piemento Rose, crafted by Bryan Dayton at Acorn.
To help you navigate and prioritize, we mapped the Negroni variations for you- names and ingredients included. Try them and send your feedback our way.
