Epic Brewing’s RiNo location honors the new year at the top of the hour starting at 9 p.m. Themed buffet or bar fare representing cities from East to West will punctuate each hour during the quadruple party. Dustin Hall, the man behind the Brewtography Project, will capture pictures throughout the evening. Tickets cost $60 and include a reservation from 9 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. with food and beer pairings.

The Highland food hall invites Denverites to indulge in an open bar stocked with craft cocktails and beer while dancing to the beats provided by a live DJ before a free Champagne toast at midnight. Early bird tickets are on sale for $90 until December 14; tickets increase to $100 on Dec. 15 and $120 on Dec. 31. The 21+ party starts at 8 p.m.

Spice up the night at Carbon Cafe & Bar’s Kinky New Year’s Ball. Larkspur packs family-friendly and adults-only festivities into one evening in the Rocky Mountains. The New Year’s party in Vail starts with the annual Vail Mountain torchlight descent, parade, and fireworks. At Larkspur, early dinner seating begins at 5 p.m., followed by an 8 p.m. dinner with live music by New Soul Brigade. Seats range from $95 per child to $295 for the late-night crowd.
