Colterra is hosting a Christmas Eve, three-course prix fixe dinner from 5 to 9 p.m. for $65 per person. All their food is entirely non-GMO, and you can expect to find the likes of lobster and wild prawns, slow roasted Teton Waters Ranch prime rib, and a decadent eggnog creme brulee.
