Ace is throwing a 70's Disco Party, featuring DJ Drop Logic spinning 70's tunes and videos played in the Pong Hall, from 7 p.m. to 1 a.m. Four whole pigs will be roasted in La Caja Chinas. The pork will be served Peking Style, with all the expected accompaniments that would come with a more traditional Peking Duck. Peking plates can be made for single servings or family style for the table.
