New Year's Eve is the grand finale to the holiday season. Eater is here to provide everything celebrants need to know about December 31. We've compiled all the must-know dinners and celebrations into our New Year's Eve guides.

This guide features specifically events happening in the Downtown, Ballpark, and City Park neighborhoods. The restaurants are hosting everything from the classic midnight champagne toast to masquerade soirees, to a Prohibition-themed menu. Reservations are strongly recommended, if not required.

Edge Restaurant

A three-course menu featuring Emma Farms Wagyu and hand-crafted cocktails is offered. The cost is $75 for first seating (5 to 7 p.m.); $140 for four-course, second seating (8 to 10 p.m.), featuring a midnight toast and access to the EDGE Bar countdown. The EDGE Bar's swanky NYE countdown features a masquerade soiree by Dom Perignon. The party is $25 per guest. Bottle service is available.
Hotel Teatro and the Nickel have teamed up for a New Year's Eve Package. It includes a bottle of Veuve champagne, custom Hotel Teatro champagne glasses to keep, and a special chef’s dessert. Hotel guests receive a $40 Breakfast Credit in the morning of January 1, two Mimosas and a late 2 p.m. check-out. Reservations for the restaurant alone are also available.

ViewHouse Eatery, Bar & Rooftop

The ViewHouse's restaurant has seatings at 5, 6, 7, 8, and 8:30 p.m. for a four-course dinner. The New Year's State of Mind Party costs either $20 or $55 (this includes six drinks). Party-goers will start off 2015 with a complementary champagne toast and a fireworks display from the ViewHouse rooftop. DJs will be spinning all night, and there will be confetti cannons and a photo booth. Bottle service is available.

The Lobby

There will be a four-course beer pairing dinner, along with a menu of various drink packages, and music from the band Roots & Rhythm. At midnight, the Lobby will tap a new release beer for 2015.
